Return Policy - Online Shop
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Jewelry must be original, unworn and unaltered condition. Please note that custom orders, customized orders, special orders, alter sized orders are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of craftsmanship and service. Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us and we will be happy to answer any questions.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and our craftsmanship and we will repair the metalwork defect free of charge within 2 years from purchase. Jewelry requires maintenance and we require that you bring your jewelry created by us in for an inspection within 6 months of your purchase. We will inspect and clean your jewelry created by us free of charge.
Repairs on damages determined to be the cause by intentional or unintentional misuse, abuse, normal wear, accidents of nature, criminal acts will require repair charges.
Gems & Diamonds
Please note that we do not warranty the loss of stones. We do not guarantee that a diamond or gemstone will not chip, break, scratch or fracture. To protect your valuable investment we recommend insuring your fine jewelry with your Homeowner's Insurance.
Intake
We are not responsible for for damage to your loose stones or jewelry being used in a new custom piece. We recommend insuring your items prior to dropping them off with us.
Items Left
We are not responsible for items left over 120 days. Please confirm your contact information is accurate so we can contact you when your items are ready.
Fine Metals
Metal finishes will change over time (including matte finishes) due to contact with skin, hard or abrasive surfaces, etc. This is a natural process for all jewelry, and we are always happy to offer complimentary refinishing and cleaning at any time.
Ring Sizing
Each ring includes one free resizing. Any additional sizing requires standard charges. If you do not see your size listed with a ring you're interested in, please contact us.
Sale Items
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Custom Jewelry

If you are interested in customizing an existing item in a different metal, different size, a different chain length, shape or type of stone, or different size, please contact us for a quote.
+ What if I'd like to design a piece from scratch?
Design your custom engagement ring from scratch and create a one-of-a-kind work of art. This option can be especially helpful for you if you have a strong fashion sense, an uncompromising stance on where gems are sourced, and those who demand handmade, eco-friendly jewelry. Your ring will be in your hands 6-8 weeks from your approval of your custom design sketches.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping
Your experience of receiving your package is what we look forward to you having. It's exciting and we wish for it to bring sweetness to your day. To assure your package arrives safe and sound into your lovely hands, please help us with checking your desired shipping address. International deliveries please check that jewelry packages will arrive safely to you. We love traveling vicariously through your packages to amazing countries and would like to provide you with beauty.
FedEx Standard Shipping, Fully Insured- $30 (Domestic Only)
We want you to wear your beautiful jewelry as soon as possible! We do our best to ship all ready to ship items within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Orders placed before 2 pm Tuesday-Friday will be shipped out that same day. If for some reason there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as we know!
If you have specific time requests please let us know in your order comments or contact us through the contact form. We will do our best to make accommodations. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
P.O Boxes
Currently, we do not make shipments to P.O Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O Boxes.
Please confirm your domestic or international shipping address for the safe delivery of your package and check for any other factors through Customs or cross border conditions, which could impact the delivery of your package. Nested Yellow is not responsible for any lost packages once shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If any packages are returned or lost during the delivery to international addresses, Nested Yellow is not held responsible and no refund is available. You will receive a tracking number for domestic deliveries and a Customs number for international deliveries as confirmation that your package has been posted.
All international parcels are sent via FedEx (no tracking and no insurance). Please contact me if you'd like a quote for expedited shipping, tracking, or insurance.
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
